花朵總是為城市增添一抹驚喜，吸引旅人的駐足，並透過它們細膩的姿態和寓意，低語著一座城市的情感與故事。

台中市的市花——山櫻花，形如鐘形的萼筒，在冬末春初為台灣低海拔地區點綴上喜悅。單株山櫻花散發出獨特的美感，而當它們成林時，則彷彿在大地上揮毫書寫壯闊的詩篇。那鮮豔的桃紅色，十日後如同慶典中的煙火般燦爛，鋪展成一條浪漫繽紛的花路。

在此次創作中，藝術家林靖格再次運用他擅長的竹材，編織出山櫻花的形象。在這片柔美的山櫻花笑靨下，陰霾隨之消散，光明充盈於心，帶領人們持續朝向幸福的旅途前行。

Flowers always bring an element of surprise to a city, captivating travelers and sharing the city’s emotions and stories through their delicate forms and symbolic meanings.

Taichung’s city flower, the Taiwan cherry blossom (Prunus campanulata), graces the lowland regions of Taiwan with joy during late winter and early spring. Each blossom, with its bell-shaped calyx, possesses a unique beauty, but when these trees gather in clusters, they seem to paint sweeping landscapes in poetry. Their vibrant pink hues, dazzling like fireworks in a fleeting celebration, form a romantic and colorful path that lasts no more than ten days.

In this creation, artist Ching-Ke Lin once again uses his signature bamboo weaving technique to bring the image of the Taiwan cherry blossom to life. Beneath the soft smiles of these delicate blooms, the gloom disperses, and hearts are filled with light, guiding people forward on their journey toward happiness.
